I’m excited to announce that I’m hiring associate wedding photographers. The associate role will involve photographing alongside Nicole at some weddings and will progress to shooting solo for Nicole Grace Photography & Associates.

You may already have your own wedding photography business, be looking for something part-time, have just graduated or are a seasoned pro with some gaps in your schedule. I’m pretty open minded.

COVERAGE NEEDED:
New England

Boston

Destination Photography

Saratoga Springs & Capital Region New York

Cape Cod, Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket

THE ROLE IS GOOD FOR:
A photographer who loves shooting but doesn’t necessarily enjoy the business side of things.

A photographer looking to get into weddings. Training in my brand style is included.

Someone shooting weddings part-time and not really interested in making it your full time business.

A photographer who just wants to shoot and work with great couples but not worry about edits, marketing, ordering and album design stuff.

PERKS OF THE JOB:
Getting paid to do what you love.

Work with great people + clients.

NO editing. You shoot, the rest is handled in house.

Occasional slice of yummy wedding cake!

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:
A kind spirit and friendly personality

Casual but professional

Experience as professional photographer, wedding preferred but not a must

Reliability

Able to work in a documentary style but also direct couples as needed

Professional gear (2 camera bodies preferred)

Professional insurance preferred

Access to own vehicle for business travel

YOUR ROLE:
Pre-booking + wedding consultations with couples (in person or via video chat) that have booked you. It’s important that if you are the primary shooter that you have a prior relationship with them.

Photographing weddings alongside Nicole as a second photographer until hired. Paid at second shooter rate. After hired you will not need to second shoot unless you want to.

Photographing weddings as primary shooter for couples that have booked you. Paid at primary shooter rate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This will be a position that is compatible with another part time or full time job.

This position does not include in-studio / office work, but it will require that you be available some weekends (for weddings), evenings (for sessions), at big team events, and regular team meetings.

You’ll have to commit to covering weddings 12 months in advance.

Our interview process is not quick, but it’s effective, so get ready!

Weddings are not for everyone. The ideal will need a love for wedding photography, flexible schedule, patience and a willingness to work hard.

I will be responsible for the booking process, administration, post processing, album design and delivery of the finished product to clients.

Ssooooo....a few changes going on at Wicked Tulip! They may not stay open through Mothers Day weekend this year.
I have adjusted my schedule to add more sessions THIS Friday & Saturday. Friday 4:30, 6 & 7 (after hours session where dogs & props are allowed) and Sat 4 and 4:30pm are currently available.
You will notice these are both SOLD OUT days but I am able to obtain tickets for my clients.
