KITCHEN HELPER / PREP COOK
Work alongside our cook on prep and service. Handle ingredients most kitchens never touch.
You must be able to prepare core dishes: jollof, egusi, efo riro, pepper soup, moi moi. Experience in a Nigerian or West African kitchen strongly preferred. Bring reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to keep pace during a rush.
SERVER / FRONT OF HOUSE
Many of our guests are trying Nigerian food for the first time. You are the one who guides them to the right plate. Knowing the menu is not optional here. It is the job.
You will greet guests, explain dishes to first timers, make confident recommendations based on spice level and protein preference, run the POS, and keep the flow tight between the floor and the kitchen.
We need genuine people skills, reliable transportation, and weekend availability. Experience is preferred, but menu knowledge and willingness to learn our food matter more.
