Lots going on the last week at Amazing Grazing Tables & Charcuterie! Here are just a few pics from my most recent grazing tables. I also got the opportunity to deliver a filled “2025” number order for a graduation party this weekend! I love that grazing tables and charcuterie boards are so flexible. They’re totally customizable, which makes them perfect for any gathering or celebration!

A male giraffe. That’s about 18 feet tall. Today’s table was 18 feet long! 😳 My longest table to date, I believe! Although, oddly enough, not even close to the most people I’ve fed with a grazing table before! So how does that work? I don’t know! 🤣 But I DO know that this was crazy today! We only had an hour to set up at this venue, so I had a strategy in place, and it worked. Yahoo!!! And thank you once again to Nonna's Sweet Inspirations for providing cupcakes, cookies, and lemon bars for the table. The sweet treats looked amazing!!! 😋

Fruit was the star of the show on yesterday’s board! Well, fruit and a Nutella fruit dip that was absolutely out of this world! Kinda like Katy Perry. 🤣 But seriously, I think I’m going to be adding this to the menu on my webite soon!

My talented graphic designer hubby put this website together for me several months ago, and it has generated a lot of business for this mama’s little startup! May is on track to be my busiest month ever! But if you want to try out that Nutella dip, let me know! I may still be able to accomodate a charcuterie emergency. 😉

Oh and if you’re wondering, those little yellowish-orange balls are called goldenberries. To me they have the texture and taste of a sweet tomato. Very interesting!

I’m still here! Just realized that it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but we’ve had a lot going on these last few weeks! Business-related events, my son’s Jurassic Park-themed birthday party, and celebrating his decision to follow Jesus! Life is good when you know that there’s something within you that the world can NEVER take away, because you have Jesus. (Romans 8:38-39)

This table kinda gives off Christmas vibes because of all the green and red, but it was actually a 25th anniversary party put on by the sweetest hostesses you could ever meet! 🥰 It may be a bit of a picture overload, but I guess it matches the food overload!

Tried something new this weekend… a crudité platter! (Basically a board with mostly raw veggies and dips.) It took a little more planning, specialty shopping, and design, but it turned out so pretty! I’ll be adding it to my list of available products on my website soon! So if you thought this style of food was a no-go for vegans and vegetarians, think again! There are so many possibilities!

Also pictured are a meat/cheese board and a couples box, all from this past weekend. And a big thank you to my customers for trusting me with your travel munchies 😉 and special occasions! 💕

Yesterday’s table was for a wedding, garden party style! Think “Lord of the Rings” style Hobbit party, not “The Office” style garden party. (No thanks, Dwight.🤪) The table turned out beautiful, with dozens upon dozens of options to choose from. The hobbits would’ve had plenty for seconds here! Thanks to Nonna's Sweet Inspirations for partnering and proving some amazing sweet treats for the table! The flowered cookies were so perfect!! 😍 And congratulations to the happy couple - thank you for letting me be a part of your big day. 🥰

So you think it’s the camera angle or is my hair massive in this pic? Oh well… big hair; don’t care!
