The name "Amazing Grazing Tables & Charcuterie" has deep meaning for me. Recently I've been studying the minor prophets. Joel 2:26 describes a time when the Lord will bless those of His people who repent and return to Him in humility. It says "You wil

l have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you." Truth is, He has dealt wondrously with all of us, but many fail to see the truth. I want my business, at its heart, to be a reflection of that wondrous mercy and grace that Christ has given us. I will deal with my customers in honesty, and will strive to please as much as possible. If you give me the chance, I believe wholeheartedly that you'll be pleased with the outcome.

Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of leading a charcuterie class with the sweetest residents of Sage Cobblestone right here in Norman. And wow—did we have a blast! And look at that photo - beaming the most beautiful smiles!!! 💕🥰 From sampling unique cheeses and goldenberries to indulging in almond butter cookies from Trader Joe’s (holy smokes those were good!), it was a delicious adventure from start to finish. 💕

We kicked things off by building a gorgeous group board together, then eating it! 😋 Then each guest got to design her own personal charcuterie box—custom, creative, and completely Insta-worthy!

If you’ve ever wanted to learn the art of charcuterie (or just want an excuse to eat fancy snacks and laugh with friends), this class is the perfect way to do it.

Prove me wrong: pretty food tastes better! 😋 And this spread was outstanding, as was the table setting at the home of this hostess with the mostest! She pampered her sweet girlfriends with a beautiful table, exquisite decorations, and irresistible food! Of course, charcuterie doesn’t have to always be this fancy. But how fun to dress it up! 😍

Yesterday’s spread was set against the backdrop of one of the most stunning retirement communities around… Sage Cobblestone in Norman! For real… can I please go live there one day?!? 💕💕💕 A beautiful clubhouse with a library, game room, craft room, and more, plus an enormous pool and pickleball court, with beautifully maintained grounds! Gorgeous! This venue was the perfect setting for an enormous grazing table for the residents! They were lining up to dig in! 💕🥰

Think a grazing table is only for lunch or dinner? Think again! This past weekend I put together a scrumptious brunch grazing table for wedding out-of towners before they headed home. The mother of the groom wanted to feed everyone for one final hurrah! How cool is that?!? Featuring bagels, waffles, candied bacon, sausage balls, deviled eggs, fruit and yogurt parfaits, and my very own home-baked banana bread! The moral of this story? There’s always a reason and an occasion for a grazing table! 😋💕

Warning: this past weekend’s grazing table may cause a ferocious snack attack! This wedding table was a food lover’s dream! And it was such a pleasure to be part of a wedding for the son of a friend from my childhood days! Sweet times! 🥰
