This past Sunday was crazy.
I got to work at 6am, didn’t leave until 4pm, and then went to ATL to shoot Andy Mineo’s first full concert in over a year. I was tired by the end of it all, but what a great time.

I finally got the opportunity to shoot a rap show again, and MAN was that refreshing. I haven’t shot a music event (outside of worship) in over a year. So to be in and out of a hype crowd, getting on top of things to get a shot, and moving between room locations with laser focus...it was like riding a bike. It all just felt natural. Thanks to Andy Mineo for coming out to surprise the staff over at Victory Church. So far I’ve got two more concerts lined up for this month, and I can’t tell you how excited I am for what’s to come.

Now that the busy Easter season is over at work, I can finally get back to posting more regularly on my page. I’ve realized that a lot of new people have found their way here recently, so i’ll reintroduce myself soon enough ✊🏾
These pics were from almost a month ago, when I shot BTS for in a greenhouse (S/O ). This was my favorite look we did for the night. It wasn’t fully dark outside just yet, so we still had some faint blues coming in from outside to contrast the red lights we hung. Can’t wait for y’all to hear what was putting together inside that greenhouse. S/O for all the lighting looks and filming, and to for making it sound crispy!

It was a lot of fun taking these pics of Kim Walker-Smith a couple months back! I tried something new with the edit by making a crumpled paper-like finish. I might try some more things like this in the future!
