Looking for Car Swap Vendors and Rib cookers!!! Payout on rib cook off is $800 for 1st, $400 for 2nd and $200 for 3rd place. There will also be a payout for peoples choice dependent on the number of entries. $75 entry fee and 50lb rib minimum!!

Was able to pull off 2nd place yesterday at the LIQ'R PIGZ M.C. Ribfest! We sold out on 24 racks in just 38 minutes! Thank you to everyone who came out to support this event and us. Also want to thank everyone under our canopy for all the help. Ammie Brash, Shanon Brash, Emma Jacobson, Kenley Jacobson, Kolby Jacobson, Izabella Hoff, and Amanda Jacobson! Was a mad rush for the first hour!

We spent Saturday down in Kathryn for their 125th celebration. Was a great day and turn out for the rib cook-off. We were able to take home 3rd place against tough competition. The part I love most about these competitions is comradery with the other vendors. Everyone is willing to help the other teams if they need it whether it's a supply shortage, setup, or lend a hand when a storm comes ripping through to get equipment taken down. A special thanks goes out to my wife Amanda, Emma, Kenley, Kolby, and Izabella for all the help with serving, setup, and cheap entertainment! 🤣 I could NOT have done this alone with how much we had going on. We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the next event which will be in Lisbon this coming Saturday the 14th down in the Sandagar park.
