Happy Sunday friends !

We had a long week of some amazing catering !

Big prep day Thursday at The Commissary, drop off to the Rochester convention center Friday and wedding tasting Saturday for our upcoming wedding in October !
So much yummy food and two more events in the books 😎💪🏼

Stay hydrated this upcoming week during our heat wave 🌊 Fruits like watermelon are a fun way for everyone to stay hydrated and enjoy this summer weather !

Thank you all you attended our soft opening yesterday afternoon , we are so blessed with your support!

As Sunday is a day of rest , thank goodness 😅, we are gearing up for our next event this upcoming weekend!

We were finally able to get into our official kitchen The Commissary ! What a great place to cook ! They have all the tools to make some serious food ! We are so lucky to be a member!

We started our culinary adventure with none other than the official St. Patrick’s Day staple, Corn Beef and Cabbage …..we decided to add some Three Brothers Wineries and Estates Bombshell Cider to our cooking process and wow did it make a difference 🤩 it definitely made the dish explode with flavor!

We are preparing this great meal for our dear friend Mia Elena and her gusts ! We can’t wait to provide this yummy dish for your special day !

If we could only post how amazing this smells 🤩

Does anyone have a favorite winter comfort food ?

We do ! And it’s turkey pot pie !

Savory oven roasted turkey, with fresh carrots, celery, onions, peas, and garlic, seasoned with fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt, a few dashes of Italian seasoning, milk, flower, and chicken stock.

Makes for an amazing dish for a cold winters day like today!

If we provided disposable pans and food containers, would you be interested in food drop-offs? This would mean we just drop off the food and do not do any setup or take down for the selected event.
