BWWC is for the Black Woman who feels she has the world on her shoulders, feels she has to succeed, and who is trying to live up to everyone’s expectations—even her own. For the Millennial Black Women whose goals are the driving force for her daily motivation. BWWC holds the space for her to slow down and give herself permission to feel.

Hey y’all, it’s me, just your neighborhood Black Women’s Therapist and owner of Black Women’s Wellness Co. I figured I’d drop in and let you know I’m here.

There are a lot of transitions happening right now and more than anything, my time is my highly valued [by me] and what I protect with pride.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I just want to encourage you to be consistent with whatever you’re doing for yourself. Keep it going. Get that routine and do what you need to do.

Eventually BWWC be looking for an admin assistant/social media person, so if you know anyone currently in an MSW program who may be interested, send her my way.
