I do require a 50% deposit before I begin working on balloons, But I work with your budget. You tell me how much you want to spend and I tell you what I can do with it.

I am capable of having one built for you within a few hours but having at least 24 hours, ideally, a week, notice is a way I am able to provide extra assurance there are no issues with the balloon leaking. I would have it built and sitting overnight before giving it to a customer to ensure my vinyl balloons are perfectly sealed.
Once sealed, if not abused, my balloons can stay inflated indefinitely.
