My balloons are made of vinyl and if not abused will stay inflated indefinitely. This balloon is filled with holographic tinsels and is removable to be a handheld toy. It is attached to a pink Easter basket which is filled with chocolate candy and temporary tattoos as well as a headband and sunglasses.
