kinda chic to have an organic breakfast😋 when buying groceries I look at two things mostly: ingredients & quality. A lot of brands add unnecessary gums, hormones, & chemicals into our food. I try to find the same foods I love but with simpler & healthier ingredients ✨

organic nitrate free turkey bacon, organic pasture raised eggs, Bread Alone Bakery 100% whole wheat sourdough bread (which I absolutely love & buy every month or so), & fried green tomatoes I got from the farmers market💚

if you haven’t noticed by now, for the past few years, I’ve been very ingredient-conscious & really on some “ima make that myself with less healthier ingredients” stuff because the government does not do a very good job at regulating. I sleep better knowing who I’m eating from & what im eating!!
