Today, I want to take a moment to celebrate 🍸 my fellow wedding planners.

I know firsthand the level of intention, strategy, and heart this work requires. Behind every seamless ceremony and beautifully curated reception is a planner managing timelines, vendor communication, design ex*****on, and countless moving parts that guests will never see.

We are often the first to arrive and the last to leave. We troubleshoot quietly. We protect our couples’ investments. We advocate when needed. We adjust in real time. We hold space for emotion while leading with structure and precision.

This role is not just about aesthetics it is about logistics, leadership, and trust. It is about creating an experience where our couples can be fully present, knowing every detail is handled with care.

The work may happen behind the scenes, but its impact lasts long after the last dance.
