Starting Points for a Destination Wedding.

It’s easy to begin with the venue.
But the real starting point sits a little earlier than that.

Before anything is locked in, there are three things we always come back to.

First, the guest list.
Who are the non-negotiables, and realistically, who is willing and able to travel.
Numbers often shift between local and destination and that changes everything.

Then, the location.
Not just how it looks, but how it’s experienced – from flights and transfers through to arrival.
The journey plays a significant role in shaping the overall feel.

And then, the budget.
Not just the figure, but what it allows for in that location and where it’s best prioritised.

Once those are clear, everything else starts to fall into place.
The decisions feel easier and the direction becomes defined.
