Red and white installation for the lovely :). We had so much fun with this one! You have radishes, fresh mozzarella stained with beet juice, white carrots, beet hummus, marshmallows, raspberries, strawberries, white chocolate, candy canes, apples, Brie cheese covered in cherry compote, white cauliflower, African sweet peppers, roses, and so much more!

Dreaming of this beautiful installation from last year at the Greenwich Polo Club. I love finding vintage cheese knives and silver platters from antique shops around the states and using them in my installations. These ombré grapes were so delicious, a special time of year for ripe grapes. In the distance behind the cheese are my vegan chocolate truffles with edible gold dust, and below just out of frame was a miniature farm with edible dirt (see older posts of mine for examples of this). I am very inspired by W***y Wonka!

Green and pink! One of my favorite color combinations of all time. Here we have one of our chefs working to make this a reality, and preparing the main course behind the scenes (prime rib roast in this case). Here we have dragonfruit, watermelon, porchetta herb rolls, pesto, matcha tea Brie and so much more! The flowers turned out well on this one.
