On the sun-drenched French Riviera, the magnificent gardens of Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild became a scene of pure enchantment. A white lacquered aisle floated over the fountains, framed by clouds of white roses, hydrangeas and cascading orchids, leading to a spectacular floral chuppah beneath the trees. With the Mediterranean in the distance and the iconic pink villa as the backdrop, it was a fabulous and unforgettable setting for “I do.” ✨

The floor plan ensures we have all the components, every piece of furniture, and everything we need to tell the story —but the space always reveals new opportunities. A little more distance between food stations, an unexpected column, or a shift that improves the sight lines and energy of the room. The first pour is never meant to fill your glass—it's an invitation to experience the wine.

Start by taking in the aromas. Give the glass a gentle swirl to release the wine's full bouquet, then take another smell before your first sip. As you taste, let a little air pass through your mouth to further aerate the wine and reveal its layers of flavor.
If you enjoy it, simply let your server know, and they'll happily pour the rest.

If you're spending the day at a fabulous beach club, rosé all day and bottomless bubbles may be exactly what's called for. But at a expensive dinner, take your cue from your host, you don't want to be known as the guzzler at the table. Sip at the same pace, savor each glass, and remember that elegance is never rushed. True style isn't about what's in your glass—it's about how you enjoy it.
