Hello all! This weekend, along with every following weekend until the end of July, we will be at the LIC Flea & Food! We will be selling our delicious Colombian style hot dogs. Each one featuring a different combination of homemade sauces and toppings. There's five to choose from and they all include an ice cold drink. There will also be a weekly special edition dog! Take a picture with your favorite one and tag NJS for your chance to win a basket with three of your favorite NJS all natural homemade preserves! Stay tuned for more details. TODAY WILL BE ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL DAY! We will be participating at the Amsterdam Avenue Street Fair. Our tent will be located on Amsterdam avenue, between 83rd and 84th street.

Come pay us a visit and treat yourself to a scrumptious Colombian Style Hot dog! Four delicious versions to choose from. All can be topped with bacon, ham or both, at no extra charge!

1) The Tropical - all beef frank topped with NJS' all natural pineapple preserve, our delicious salsa verde (avocado, fresh cilantro, tomatillo, garlic and lemon juice), crunchy plantain chips, shredded mozzarella cheese.

2) Tamarind2 - all beef frank topped with NJS' all natural spicy tamarind jelly, our tamarind sauce, crunchy potato chips and shredded mozarella cheese.

3)The Andino - NJS' all natural blackberry preserve, roasted onion cream sauce, shredded mozarella and crunchy potato chips

4) Mango the Buffalo - NJS' all natural mango preserve, a creamy buffalo sauce, shredded mozarella cheese and crunchy potato chips.

We will be debuting our delicious Colombian inspired gourmet hotdogs tomorrow!!! Meet us at the Fourth avenue festival. We will be on 4th Avenue between 10th & 11th.

We are very excited to introduce our Colombian inspired gourmet hot dogs - A popular party food originating from Bogota, Colombia. These fun to eat, jumbo hot dogs are piled with ham, shrimp, bacon, chips, blackberry sauce, pineapple sauce, tamarind sauce, cheese, chipotle sauce, and pretty much any other topping imaginable. The food is purposely meant to be messy, sloppy, and very fun to eat. To truly understand the sensation of biting into this delicious culmination of different flavors of sweet and sour, along with crunchy and saucy, is to actually taste the hot dogs for yourself.
