Here’s my motivation for today.

If you want change, then you need to show up every day and show people what it looks like.

Jasmin Alić hit 300K followers on LinkedIn, an amazing accomplishment that so many creators (not just on Linkedin) aspire to achieve.

If you follow him, you see the dedication in his messaging every single day. He shows up, he’s consistent, he connects with at least 100 comments a day (dangggg Gina).

He puts himself out there by speaking at events and offers coaching.

Find what motivates you and use it to fuel your passion. Use it to be a driving force in your home, community, at work.

What Motivates Me?
→ My Childhood (My struggles, my dreams, growing up quick.)
→ My Family (My abuelita, abuelito, mom, godmother, kids, husband.)
→ My Community (Helping others succeed, wanting them to grow, yearning to do more.)

If you want things to shift, you have to make the first, second, and third move.
