Some days we look around our kitchen and commissary and can’t help but think…wow. The growth of this company has moved faster than we ever could have imagined. And yet—of course.
 
Of course this is what happens when you’re surrounded by this much talent. When you have a team that shows up every day with hustle, heart, and dedication. When the magic of synergy is alive in every corner, from prep tables to event floors. We’ve watched interns become salespeople shaping entire client experiences, prep cooks taking the reins as culinary leaders, and butler bussers growing into captains who run the show. The growth from within isn’t just a success story—it’s our greatest pride.

We’re honored to collaborate with James—an elegant and practical event designer with over 30 years of experience bringing personal style to life, from bespoke weddings to celebrity fundraisers and corporate soirees for top-tier brands.

Since its founding in 1988 by the creatively driven Christian Wölffer, the 175-acre Wölffer Estate in Sagaponack has transformed from humble farmland into a European-inspired vineyard famed across the Hamptons—its 55-acre sustainable vineyards now produce world-class wine that’s as timeless as the estate itself.

We are honored to announce that this weekend, we have been chosen as the culinary partner for the Parrish Art Museum’s Midsummer Gala: Echoes of the Cosmos—an iconic Hamptons celebration where art, nature, and community take center stage.

As the evening unfolds across the museum’s breathtaking grounds, we’re bringing our signature blend of seasonal elegance and surprise to the table. Our culinary team is hand-selecting the freshest local produce from East End farms and purveyors to craft a Hamptons-inspired menu that feels both grounded in place and elevated in experience.
