Late summer weddings don’t need to look like summer to feel right for the season.
The light is doing something different by then. Longer shadows, a slower golden hour, an evening temperature that’s finally lost its edge. Late summer has a different vibe, different energy, and different florals. When designing, I like to lean into what nature is doing in the moment and how it feels, not just whether it’s spring, summer, fall, or winter.
As we often talk about, how a wedding feels is so much more impactful than just how a wedding looks. If we make it feel good, it will be remembered forever.
