Soon a NYC street off Arthur Avenue in the Bronx will bear the name of Gjergj Kastrioti Skenderbeu (1405 - 1468) the National Hero of the Albanians, a leader, commander, a politician and diplomat, he dedicated his life to fighting for freedom. Skenderbeu is a symbol of unity, resistance and the legend that leads and inspires the Albanians throughout the world.
