Patricia Post-Ziske
A breast cancer warrior

all proceeds from the raffle will be donated to her.

On August 18,2021 she received the news that she was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. On September 10,2021
was her first round of chemo. By joining our raffle you will be supporting a breast cancer warrior!

A little back story on Patricia and who she is. Patty has been a neonatal nurse since 1989. Through out her 32 yr career she has been an assistant nurse manager, staff nurse, and has served as a preceptor to many new nurses beginning their careers. Patty is BLS certified and a NRP Instructor.
She gives out many flu vaccines to staff and patients every flu season, an now
the covid-19 vaccines as well. Aside from being an incredible nurse, Patty is also a mother to a 28yr old son & a daughter is who 24.

My family and I Met
Patricia in late March 2017
after my son Jacob Anthony oquendo
was in the NICU for an extensive 11 month stay, during that time she became someone we trusted our whole life with. She was kind, she was honest, she was funny and most importantly she is smart!
Patricia along with other NICU nurses at Cohen‘s children’s Medical Center who are now apart of our family, taught us how to be strong and how to live with our “new normal”.
She taught us how to fight and to be strong !

NOW it is our turn to be there for her, making sure she has the love and support to fight this fight. We will be in her corner 100% like she has been in the corner of many families throughout her career!!!
