Job Type: Event Intern
Duration: September- January (opportunity for extension)
Commitment: eligible to work at least 3 days a week (10-15 hours)
This is a remote and unpaid internship opportunity to gain valuable experience in the event industry.
In this Role you will:
● Help oversee event preparation and ex*****on by supporting the team
● Assist with the planning and ex*****on of various events
● Assist with telephone and email communications
● Support the meeting planning team
● Attend planning meetings for events
● Gain exposure to client satisfaction
● Insight to budgeting
● Learn how to build an organized event
What we’re looking for:
● Our ideal candidate is passionate about the event industry and works well in a fast paced environment.
● Good communication and writing skills
● High attention to detail
● Work collaboratively with other team members
● Positive attitude
● Eager to learn
● Background working in events is a plus but not required
● Enrolled college student or recent graduate
