French Thursdays have arrived at Elliott’s inside The Exchange 🇫🇷🍷 Tonight’s Franco-American menu features Chicken à la Moutarde, Chicken Normande, Chicken Provençal, carrots fines herbes, and buttery pomme purée made from scratch by Chef Matthew Elliott Kopfler.

From Dijon cream sauces and brandy mushrooms to herbs de Provence and fresh Yum Yum Sprouts delivered locally by bicycle, this menu is giving neighborhood French bistro meets modern New Orleans kitchen. 👨‍🍳

⚠️ Specials begin at 6PM and quantities are limited — get to The Exchange early before the chef specials disappear.

Advanced Natural Group pulled up to The Exchange Pickleball + Bar and we answered with a full New Orleans-style grazing spread fit for champions 👨‍🍳⚜️

Cheese, charcuterie, pickles, dips, fresh fruit, local flavor, and enough snacks to keep the pickleball rallies and business ideas flowing all night long. Around here, networking happens somewhere between the olives and the hot sauce.
