An Southern Reflections Event Specialist will typically do the following:

Plan the scope of the event and arts & craft shows, including theme, time, location, programs/advertising, and cost

Create a vendors list

Meet/Contact vendors to review their products

Work with the vendors to utilize the available space in displaying their products

Inspect places to ensure they meet all our needs

Confer with on-site staff to coordinate details

Monitor event activities to ensure the vendors, customers and event attendees are satisfied

Review each event and arts & craft shows to improve for future shows

Our potential vendors will display their arts and crafts whether handcrafted or independent contract products, for example, Avon, Scentsy or Mary Kay. Our vendors can sell items for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, holidays, home decor, boutiques, artwork and more. Our events bring a community of people together for the common purpose, purchasing unique and beautiful products. We coordinate every detail of events, from beginning to end.

Southern Reflections searches for potential event sites, such as halls and/or centers. We consider the lodging and services that the facility can provide, how easy it will be for people to get there, and the attractions that the surrounding area has to offer.

Once a location and theme is selected, we arrange the event space and support services. For example, we separate the vendors areas and entertainment space. We also oversee the finances of the event. On the day of the event, we will display a table with a Email Sign Up for attendees and customers to keep them up to date on our future arts & craft events, and make sure the event area is set up properly. When the event is concluded, the vendors must complete clear their area and then Southern Reflections’s job is complete!
