Pannenkoeken or Dutch Babies.....a baked pancake with some soufflé in its blood......I grew up going to a Restaurant with my grandparents called Pannenkoeken after church and waiting hours to get a seat then another 45 minutes to get this amazing dish. As a I grew older I craved them with no way to get them other than making them from my grandmothers recipe. I have made them for private events and people really love them!
