Jerenisha is the owner and founder of J. Ivy Affairs, a wedding planning business. She founded J. Ivy Affairs Wedding Box Company with the goal of making sure everyone getting married could feel included for their special day.  
 
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, the J. Ivy Affairs Wedding Box founder knows first-hand the difficulty of sourcing wedding items that are non-gender specific. The majority of wedding products available on the market follow the traditional bride-and-groom personification, and she aimed to change that.  
 
Knowing there are many people out there who don’t fit that mold but still have hearts full of love and want their day to be perfect, the founder created J. Ivy Affairs Wedding boxes. Eager to make a difference in the LGBTQ+ community, they found amazing artisans and suppliers to fill the boxes with and opened a company that knows weddings come in all shapes and sizes.  The company aims to break boundaries and bring the wedding box experience to all engaged couples, free from the stereotypicality.
