SERVICES PROVIDED AND FEES
-SANTA- (For events with 20 or less children) Santa will give each child a full sized candy cane. Santa will evaluate each child to be naughty or nice, once Santa decides, Elf Klo will give each child an "Elf Report" sticker with their name on it declaring either naughty or nice. ( They will be nice lol)
*If YOU would like to provide a present for each child at your event, Santa will give them to the children. We ask you to place the wrapped and addressed presents outside before we arrive. Santa will then bring them into the house, greet the children, and give them their addressed gift.
* (This add on is optional, and no extra charge) Santa will have on him only 1 special commemorative Santa coin. This coin is to be awarded to only 1 child. That child will be the child that has the most Christmas spirit. This child is someone that is always willing to help others, is kind, respectful, and is all around an example to others. You will choose which child from your party best exemplifies these qualities.(Please discuss with all parents of the children that will be at your event, and pick a child that you all agree on) Santa will then announce at the end of your event that he has this special coin, and doesn't hand them out very often, but today he saw a child that fits all these qualities. That they have worked very hard and he is proud of them, and anyone can do these things too and maybe get the coin next year. The child will be announced and the coin given.
-MRS.CLAUS- (For events with 20 or less children) Mrs.Claus will give each child Christmas stickers*****Additional option that Mrs. Claus can do is read one of 5 Christmas books to the kids. " Merry Christmas, Amelia Bedelia," "Gingerbread mouse," "Froggy gets dressed," Would you rather Christmas edition," and "Reindeer food, a Christmas Eve tradition." Another option is a fun Christmas dice game. The child rolls 3 dice and a sentence is constructed. They must then follow what it says. Example, " You and the person to your left, name all of Santa's reindeer, while doing an elf jig." ( All these activities are pending their is enough time in your appointment slot, we will discuss what you would like to achieve during your slot and if there is enough time allotted, you may have to book additional time if you wanted to do all activities) *****
-ELF KLO- ( For events with less than 20 children) Elf Klo will give each child a Christmas photo gingerbread house craft. Once the craft is completed, you now have a place to put your childs photo of them with Santa. ( If Elf Klo can not make it to your party or event, Mrs.Claus will hand out the photo frame craft)
******* The prices are for Santa, with Mrs.Claus and Elf Klo as an added bonus. Their appearance does not change the price. At this time, Santa does not work alone *******
****** A non-refundable deposit of half down when you book your appointment will secure your date. The remaining balance is due 6 hours before your scheduled party or event. We accept PayPal and Zelle *****
Prices thru to December 19th
$300 for the first hour, and an additional $150 for each hour after that.
Prices for December 20th - 23rd
$450 for the first hour, and an additional $225 for each hour after that.
* Things to keep in mind when choosing how much time to book for your party or event. If Santa gives each child 3 minutes to meet and take a picture, he can only get through about 4 children with in 15 minutes. ( If your wanting to do Elf Report stickers or have Mrs.Claus read one or more of her stories or play a game, more time will be needed.) The 1 hour time slot is good for 19 children or under , with ONLY doing a meet and photo per child. The children waiting to see Santa can listen to some stories from Mrs. Claus or do the craft with Elf Klo* If there are less children, Santa and Mrs. Claus can do a meet and greet with photos while Elf Klo does the elf report stickers. Then afterwards, if time always, depending on how much time you booked, we can read a story, play games or do a craft.
*The Family Claus services the Will County IL area. If you would like us to come to an event outside of Will County, that can be discussed, extra fees may apply.*
*THE FAMILY CLAUS DOES NOT WORK ON CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY. (We will be to busy in the workshop preparing for Christmas)*
* If we are unable to make your event due to an unforseen incident, your deposit will be refunded*
