We don’t always post the special events we drop off for…. Mostly because you don’t get to see the final product being presented in all its glory. However, this was a special opportunity for us. Our children quite often hear our story of how and why we moved from convenient New York to New Haven, CT where finding Kosher can be a challenge if you didn’t grow up this way or if you don’t know where to look.

Seeing us deliver a 3 course meal on double wrapped China to two Kosher keeping participants at a special Yale event was truly special for our children to be apart of. To them it made them even more proud of the special work we do.

Although we couldn’t take pictures in the venue the space was phenomenal. Painted in a beautiful hue of blue outfitted with ivory wainscoting and what seems to be the original architecture in tact. That beautiful staircase and captivating art added to the venue being transformed. Even more lovely were the sweet gentle centerpieces & table clothes etc. I would have loved to capture it for all of you.

Dark chocolate mousse with roasted Italian meringue. The meringue can out perfect glossy and fluffy! However, I can’t tell you what they taste like since every last one of them we sold!! •

𝙇𝙚𝙩'𝙨 𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙠 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙗𝙤𝙨 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩: Nearly every week for the last several months we have sold shabbos take out. But why? Can’t people make their own shabbos dips or get it from a grocery store? Essentially of course they can! So what makes us different?! Our dips and food is unique, delicious and made from fresh ingredients, we do not add preservatives! From ingredient shopping, cleaning, cooking, blitzing, flavoring, packing to delivering your order (local delivery) we do it all on our own! Not to mention we do the dishes and your kitchen gets to stay clean! We do our job so you can concentrate on yours! Is it worth it? What do you think?
