Tip for getting super tall AND multiple bloom zinnias! Pinching zinnias. Pinching helps the stem divide and branch into more stems so you get more flowers per plant. an easy and perfect way to get more beautiful flowers!!

My biggest mistake in my garden is that I didn’t plant herbs that work well as fillers in my arrangements. I planted for herbs I would actually use instead, so I had cilantro, basil, and dill abundantly. And spoiler alert- I didn’t use any of them in actual cooking and could use them in arrangements because they smelled like, well herbs. Next year I’ll try again with more rosemary, basil, and hopefully some lavender!!
