With years of experience in the kitchen and a true passion for crafting unforgettable spreads, Brett brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Specializing in Asian-inspired flavors and stunning charcuterie, he’s dedicated to creating the perfect spread for your event.

A hard worker who puts in the long hours to make your vision come to life, Brett goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is flawless—and delicious. From the first bite to the last, you’ll taste his dedication and skill in every dish.

Brett has been working in the kitchen for decades and fell in love with cooking great meals and trying foods from all over the world. He started The Gentleman Caterer in 2020 as a hobby that allowed him to expand on his passion of cooking for others. When he is not in the kitchen, Brett loves hiking and spending time with his friends and family, and watching the FL gators play football.
