Dolly represented something greater than success. She represented what success could be for.

We are deeply saddened that she is gone. But, to be like Dolly, we must consider, there is also tremendous joy in knowing that somebody like Dolly Parton lived among us, at all.

She always was able to turn sour into sweet, and break stone hearts in half, and lead with an iron will of goodness.

We got the privilege to experience Dolly Parton.

We got the unshakable kindness. We got the songs. We got the stories. We got the laughter. We got the philanthropy.

We got an Appalachian girl who come from poverty to become one of the most recognizable people on Earth. And, she did so, without ever forgetting who she was, or where she came from.

Oh, how fortunate we all are, that Dolly was here.

With immeasurable love, respect and gratitude from all of us at Wall of Fame Entertainment.
