food by us, backdrop by zion. still in awe that we were asked to come out to utah to be a part of this stunning destination wedding. 10/10 would feed again!
apps were bacon wrapped brussels with balsamic glaze, whipped brie phyllo cups, and goat cheese crostini. family style dinner included mixed greens salad with berries & aged goat cheese, roasted brussels with golden raisins & shallots tossed in pepper jelly, shrimp & grits, and sliced beef tenderloin.

had some fun with our meal train night for our good friends who had a baby recently. roasted vegetables, basmati rice, red coconut curry, & cilantro oil. pictured here is curry marinated tofu for him, who’s (sometimes? 😏) vegan, and we did chicken for her.
