As a Day of Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly and the day unfolds flawlessly for our couples.
We’re searching for talent who:
• Has a genuine passion for weddings and crafting meaningful experiences
• Excels at confidently delegating tasks to vendors to ensure smooth collaboration
• Keeps events on track with strong time management and organizational skills
• Brings an assertive, proactive approach to problem solving under pressure
• Thrives in fast paced environments while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor
• Has experience in event coordination or a strong desire to learn OR is currently pursuing an event management degree OR is a high school student with a strong interest in studying event management in the future.
