One of my favorite corporate event transformations!

What started as a simple hotel ballroom became a full Las Vegas-inspired casino night complete with a red carpet entrance, themed décor, signature cocktails, entertainment, and interactive guest experiences.

Beautiful celebrations deserve a team that cares just as much as you do. 🤍

This past Saturday, we had the honor of helping celebrate Gretchen’s daughter’s wedding, and it was such a beautiful evening from beginning to end.

While guests were dancing, laughing, and making memories, our team was behind the scenes making sure drinks stayed full, tables stayed tidy, and every detail was taken care of.

It’s those little moments—the ones most people never notice—that help create a seamless experience for everyone celebrating.

We’re so grateful to have been part of such a special day and wish the newlyweds a lifetime filled with love and happiness.

A day filled with connection, laughter, teamwork, and memories that extend far beyond the workplace.

We had the privilege of helping bring Camp Glanbia to life, and from the moment guests arrived, it truly felt like stepping into summer camp.

From the custom décor and themed details to the climbing wall, tug of war competition, live music, delicious food, and smiling faces throughout the day, every element came together to create an experience employees could enjoy together.

Behind it all was our incredible Hu’s Assisting team—setting up before guests arrived, keeping everything running seamlessly, and making sure every detail was taken care of so our client could simply enjoy the day.
