Mad’s Hot Butts BBQ started as my dad’s dream — and now we get to build it together.

He’s not just the guy behind the smoker or the one handing your food out the window. He’s one of the owners, the heart behind so much of what we do, and a big reason this truck exists in the first place.

There’s something pretty special about watching an idea that once lived in someone’s head turn into a real business, a real truck, and food being served to people all over Middle Tennessee.

We’re learning, growing, working long days, laughing through the chaos, and making this dream happen one plate of BBQ at a time.

So the next time you stop by and see Dad at the window, make sure you say hey. ❤️🐷
