I roasted 7 pie pumpkins and their seeds! Most of the seeds were seasoned with pink Himalayan sea salt. But I did a small batch with a whiskey maple rub ( which are super good).

Got the pumpkin ready this morning. Pics of final product (pumpkin pies and pumpkin cheesecake) this evening 😁
