Meet Hidee, one of Caliente Ballroom’s talented instructors! 🔥

A dancer since age three, Hidee’s background in tap, ballet, jazz, and gymnastics gives her movement both grace and power. She fell in love with the Carolina S**g in college and has since earned recognition in both sanctioned and non-sanctioned competitions.

As a teacher, Hidee blends classical dance technique, athleticism, and rhythm to create a fun and engaging experience for every student. She continues to train, perform, and share her lifelong love of dance at Caliente Ballroom—now welcoming students at our brand new Mount Pleasant studio.

On May 5, Caliente Ballroom celebrated a major milestone with the official ribbon cutting of our new Mount Pleasant studio, hosted by Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce. ✨

In this special video, Lynda Byrd — developer of the building and Managing Director of Caliente Ballroom — shares her heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped bring this vision to life. What started as an idea has become a beautiful new space filled with movement, connection, and joy.
