1 1/2 ounces Irish cream liqueur, more for ri***ng
Colored sugar, or candy sprinkles, for ri***ng
1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
1 ounce amaretto liqueur

The caramel Irish coffee is a deliciously creamy hot coffee cocktail that you're sure to love. This recipe is a fun twist on the famous Irish coffee and makes a delightful after-dinner drink.

1 ounce Irish whiskey
1 ounce Irish cream liqueur
1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
2 to 3 ounces freshly brewed coffee, to taste
Whipped cream, for garnish
Caramel syrup, for garnish

Cloyingly sweet margarita mixes have given this drink a bad name. A well-made version is a fresh mix of lime juice and tequila, with a hint of sweetener:

- 2 oz silver tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz lime juice
- Salt for the rim

Since this recipe includes fresh juice, it should be shaken. Serve over ice in a glass with a salted rim.

Down this classic cocktail while you’re sporting boat shoes and a preppy sweater around your shoulders to really nail the vibe. But don’t be intimidated: It’s basically a vodka cran.

Ingredients
• 2 oz vodka
• 2-3 oz cranberry juice
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• club soda

Directions
Pour vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice into a Collins glass over ice. Stir. Top with club soda, then garnish with a lime wedge.

Hawaiian Mimosas – this easy cocktail recipe has just three ingredients and will make you think you’re on a beach in paradise. Pineapple, Rum, and Champagne is all it takes to make this delicious cocktail! Make it for one or make it for a party in a pitcher – they’re easy to make either way!

Per mimosa: add one ounce coconut rum and two ounces pineapple juice to a champagne glass. Top with champagne and garnish with pineapple and/or cherry.

To make a pitcher: add 1 cup coconut rum, 2 cups pineapple juice, and an entire 750mL bottle of champagne or prosecco to a pitcher. Add pineapple slices and/or cherries to the pitcher or glasses for garnish.
