👩🏻‍🚀🌙 I’m an astronaut, you’re the moon
A darling autumn floral palette for these star crossed lovers. Caroline and Justin’s wedding day was beyond beautiful but these two pieces still stand out as my favorites.
Caroline’s bridal bouquet was dainty and petite but still full of the dreamiest ingredients. Nudey blush quicksand roses and cinnamon-scented buttercream stock delicately nestled into lush antique hydrangeas and deep burgundy hibiscus foliage. The earthy roseanne brown lisianthus grounded the bouquet and her endlessly ruffled petals softened the whole look.
Justin’s boutonniere was the sweetest echo to Caroline’s moody bouquet. Unexpected stems of nigella greens peeked through more of that perfect roseanne brown lisianthus (grown locally from ), and was finished off with a softly hand-tied blush chiffon ribbon. It was simple and texture-heavy and just lovely. Handcrafted by Lael’s resident Boutonniere Queen,
Caroline + Justin’s love story, captured by at their fall wedding last year at in Charles City, Virginia — Truly a forever favorite around here 🫶🤎
