Made some fun decorations for the shop today.

Between getting the flu and a small tear in my bicep muscle, my original opening day plans had to delayed.

Fingers crossed that opening day will be mid-next week though!!

Any crafters who want VIP access to the new location of the Freight House Craft Barn?

I’m looking for volunteers to help going through things as they come over from the Freight House and help me get them organized.

There’s a bunch of fabric and sewing supplies as well as a ton of yarn. It’s a crafters dreamland!

For your help, you’ll get a large paper bag originally from bath and body works to fill up with any goodies you find - for free.

We’re SO close to officially opening the store - just waiting for a few more things like flooring to get the store ready to open up, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, I thought I’d give you a sneak peek of what our opening week plans look like…

Day 1 - Pet Rock Adoption

Join us for a creative kickoff to Sparkle Blossom Co.’s Grand Opening Week! Kids will paint and decorate their own pet rock using a selection of paints and other supplies available.

Day 2 - Friendship Bracelet Workshop

Join us for a fun and creative Friendship Bracelet Workshop where anyone can design and create their own custom bracelet using a colorful selection of beads and elastic cord.

Day 3 - Slime Design Studio

Get ready to stretch, squish, and customize your own slime during our Grand Opening Week!

Kids will start with their choice of a pre-made slime base—clear or white—and then design it with fun mix-ins to make it completely their own
