Gather around the roaring bonfire for food, refreshing drinks, and community connection.
8:00 PM | The Opening Circle
An awakening of energy as we cast a circle to open our spirits, align our intentions, and welcome the solstice light.

Getting comfortable and preparing for relaxation and grounding.

~Why the Solstice & Grounding Matter ~
The summer solstice represents the peak of light, abundance, and cosmic energy. By taking this experience outdoors, we tap into a powerful practice known as grounding (or earthing).
When your body makes direct or close contact with the Earth, it naturally absorbs the planet's subtle electrical charge. This stabilizes your biological rhythms and calms the nervous system.
~Frequencies & Your Body~
Your body is largely made of water, making it an incredible conductor for sound vibrations. During the sound bath, the precise frequencies and harmonic tones interact directly with your cellular structure.
Instead of just hearing the sound, your body *feels* it. These high-vibrational frequencies encourage brainwaves to slow down into deep, meditative states, gently releasing tension, shifting stagnant energy, and restoring your body to its natural state of harmony and ease.
