Marie Antoinette’s Cuisine will be an eclectic unique piece of culture brought to the Lake Norman area in Cornelius, NC; providing an enjoyable atmosphere with food, and wine. The concept originated from my love of food and wine, wanting to teach others how to have similar experiences and share and with their friends and family as well. Marie Antoinette’s Cuisine will specialize in modern day cooking classes with a twist, prepared meal, catering, , venue services, event planning and a modern day Supper Club. I provide huge attention to detail with our customers and our quality, I will do so in every aspect of the business. When planning the menu and pricing I must always stay within or under budget while providing superiority. Our mission statement is “To instill a love for a culture surrounded by quality food, wine and togetherness shared over generations”. At Marie Antoinette’s these are the factors that will set us apart.

This weekend for the 2nd time we had the opportunity to cater the Dawson Halloween Bash and here is Leesa Dawson's review

Toni Dishman, owner of Marie Antoinette Cuisine, catered my Halloween party for 72 people. This is the second time I have hired Toni for a large party. My expectations were well exceeded once again.

I recommend Toni for the following reasons -

Communication: Toni met with me twice before the event to decide the food options, food designs (everything had a Halloween look) and quantities. She touched base with me each week to update me on any new ideas or options and was in close contact with me the week of the party. I always felt reassured things were going well.

Creativity: all of the food at my party was given a Halloween look and design. She created a spider shaped bread bowl for dip, ghost topped brownies, carved pumpkin for veggie dip, chocolate dipped cherries that looked like mice, white chocolate dipped strawberries that looked like ghost faces, etc.

Fair prices: I wanted interesting food combinations, which usually doesn't go hand-in-hand with reasonable prices for a big event. Toni provided excellent food at very competitive pricing.

Quality: My friends have not stopped complimenting us on the food Toni made for our event! Everything she made, from appetizers to BBQ and Stromboli's to desserts, was amazing! The BBQ with pickled onions could not have been better! My personal favorite were the Stromboli's.

Again, I can't recommend her enough for your next event. I plan to use her again!

Do you remove your salmon skin before cooking? Try leaving it on huge health benefits- for crisp salmon skin that is better then bacon try this
1 pound of salmon skin on use sea salt, fresh ground pepper and olive oil then massge into skin well, place skin side down in a hot skillet, cook for 4 minutes, season top of salmon well add oilve oil and flip place in 400 degrees oven for 13 minutes, drizzle with fresh lemon juice and serve.
