Thank you everyone for coming together and helping us plan and prepare this fundraiser in just two weeks! We could not have done it without you. Here’s what you can expect!

The full event is 10am - 8pm with activities and programming taking place throughout the day both indoors and outdoors.

Specific activity times such as RPDs, Market open and close, and DJs set are estimated times and may change or adjust as we navigate the event, weather, and volunteer availability. We appreciate your understanding.

Check in when you arrive (or early via form). This is required for anyone hoping to browse the auction!

Please come prepared with weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. Also, make sure you have a valid and active form of payment for vendors, food, shops, and auction. Card or cash, and at least one online payment method is recommended!

Do not leave your items unattended. Staff is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

Kingdom opens at 10. There are two restrooms available onsite. Please keep food outside to help protect the shop’s products and furniture. Exceptions include anything purchased from Kingdom, and bottled water.

July 25 • 10am-8pm • Fundraiser & Party! Spread the word!

The community is really coming together in incredible ways to help support Kingdom, and we need your help keeping the party going until Kingdom reaches and surpasses their goal!

Tentative Schedule (details may be subject to change):

☀️ 10am — the activities begin! Join us for sidewalk chalk, bubbles, giant jenga, as well as some indoor crafts such as Toploader Deco! The silent auction will also soon open once we confirm that our volunteers are ready!

😎 1pm – Wind down and hang out inside for an A/C break, activities, and browse the auction while our vendors set up for a vendor market!

🛍️🥳 2pm – The market opens and the parking lot party continues! Be sure to grab some lunch and refreshments from Ebony’s Original Fish Fry and Semi-Co Coffee

🖍️🧹 5pm – the silent auction closes (some exceptions may apply) and indoor activity tables will begin their clean up to make space for the triad’s favorite DJs! Feel free to help our volunteers tidy supplies!

🎶🪩 5:30pm (ish) – the DJs set up and have their time to shine, helping us end the night by celebrating Kingdom’s 2nd anniversary!

⚠️ Note! Vendors are participating in the market on a voluntary basis and are welcome pack up by 5pm to accommodate travel and indoor activity opportunities, we’ll have the parking lot reserved for any and all remaining vendors and activities until 8pm.

⌛️Auction winners may pick up their items from the back and finalize payments 5pm–8:30pm! Be sure to pay attention to volunteer instructions. Thank you!!!!

Regardless of the final schedule and set activities, we simply encourage you to come out, have fun, and support Kingdom during their anniversary weekend! Thank you
