💐 Check every detail of the ceremony and reception setup.
🎀 Pin boutonnieres and help everyone get wedding-day ready.
📞 Touch base with every vendor to make sure we’re on schedule.
🍦 Make sure Ben & Jerry’s has the perfect spot to set up after arriving 45 minutes early.
👰 Calm last-minute nerves and answer a hundred questions.
🎶 Cue the ceremony music.
🚪 Open the doors.
😭 Try not to cry during the vows… (and usually fail.)
🍽️ Keep dinner service, speeches, and special moments flowing on time.
💃 Fix a bustle… then fix it again. 😂
🎂 Coordinate the cake cutting and reception events.
✨ Solve problems before anyone even knows they happened.
❤️ Walk out at the end of the night exhausted, grateful, and honored to have played a small part in one of the most important days of their lives.
