Farewell from Touch Bayou Catering,
New Beginnings
After many prayers, thoughts and conversations; Executive Chef, Wayne and I
have decided to retire from Touch Bayou Catering and start a New Beginning
in Florida effective immediately. We took a leap of faith opening this
business and here we are once again trusting in God to lead us as we begin
anew. We have full confidence in Him to bless us in our new endeavors just
as He blessed us exceedingly more than we could have imagined in Touch Bayou
with each and every one of you.

Over the past 12 years we’ve had the honor and pleasure to meet, serve and
build wonderful relationships with some of the most amazing clients and
industry professionals that anyone could have ever asked for. We thank God
for each and every one of you because we know that it would not have been
possible without you. Thank you for your loyalty, friendships, trust, and
allowing us to play a key role in making your special occasions a great
success. You challenged us at times, although you may not have known it,
which helped us to grow and reach the next level. You trusted us in your
homes, with your families and friends and we know that’s not always easy… so
Thank You!!
Thank you to each Team Member who has worked so hard over the years with us
making sure that Touch Bayou Catering shined with a Spirit of Excellence,
Humility, Love, Peace and Joy. Chef Wayne and I love you and you are and
always will be a part of our family. Many of you have been with us from our
early years and seen us grow and change and you played a major part in it
all. We worked hard, but made sure we had a good time while doing it. Don’t
be surprised to hear from us in the future asking about your availability J.
We love you and always will!
This is a very bitter sweet time for us, but we know that in life change
happens, and that’s nothing to be afraid of or try to avoid. We will miss
you dearly and you will always be a part of our lives. We wish each and
every one of you all the blessings that God has in store for you. May you
prosper in every area of your life. We love you and thank you.
