Founded in 2012, All-American Stores is more than just your neighborhood convenience stop — it’s a true hometown success story.
From humble beginnings to a thriving regional brand, All-American Stores was born from a dream decades in the making. Founder Adam Dager started in the industry at just 16 yers old, working as a cashier on St. Joe Center Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Over the years, he climbed the ranks from assistant manager to partner. But in December 2012, driven by a lifelong desire to own a business and inspired by two of his grandfather’s entrepreneurial legacy, Adam launched All-American Stores.
Family-Owned. Community-Focused.
With just one store in Laotto, Indiana, Adam and his small founding team — including his wife Lisa, his brother Nick, and close friend Jackie — took a leap of faith. Within the first year, their dedication paid off: they doubled sales at their first store and quickly expanded to Fort Wayne adding two locations. Today, All-American proudly operates 12 stores across Northeastern Indiana, with over 150 employees — many of them family.
