Our list has been carefully selected from years of working with the vendors or based on high recommendations through the area. Knowing and trusting these vendors to provide our brides with the best professional service. Should you decide you need another vendor that is not on our list, you must contact The Arch first to see if the vendor can be approved. The following vendors must have liability insurance. Bartending, Dj, Photographer, Videographer. Caterers must have current DHEC permits, liability insurance, and stay on site.

Why does The Arch have an approved vendor listing?

We have combine 18 years in the wedding industry, and Mary has almost 13 years. We have worked with a lot of vendors. We noticed the ones that have gone the extra step to make their clients happy. Ones that step up and help those that vendors left without notice.

It’s a once in a lifetime event and there is no do-over!!! So we are recommending the best that we have seen, followed, and worked with!! Because it’s your dream day and we want it to come true!

Wedding Planners and Day of Coordinators The Arch has four awesome wedding planners bring to the table 18 years of experience. If your wedding is booked at The Arch you will get two planners. The venue is so stretched out, it’s impossible for one person to make your day run smooth. Mary, Katrina, Barbara, and Jenny will work with you, listen to your dreams and tell you many times, “it’s your day..your way!” with over 200 combined reviews, its obvious our brides come first.
