Flaco's Rental Bouncy House Rules Agreement
By renting and/or using the inflatable/bouncy house equipment, the renter and all participants agree to the following rules and safety guidelines:
General Safety Rules
1. Adult supervision is required at all times while inflatable is in use.
2. Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, watches, and sharp objects before entering.
3. No food, drinks, gum, candy, or snacks inside the inflatable.
4. No pets allowed on or near the inflatable.
5. No smoking, va**ng, or open flames near the inflatable.
6. All type of ball is allowed
Participant Rules
7. Users should be grouped by similar size/age when bouncing.
8. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
9. No flips, wrestling, roughhousing, tackling, or horseplay.
10. No climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls/netting.
11. No pushing, shoving, or piling on others.
12. One person at a time on slides unless otherwise instructed.
Weather / Equipment Rules
13. Do not use inflatable during high winds, rain, lightning, or severe weather.
14. Do not move, unplug, or tamper with blower/equipment.
15. Keep inflatable away from water unless specifically designed as a water unit.
16. Report any damage or deflation immediately.
Responsibility / Liability
17. Renter accepts full responsibility for all participants using the inflatable during rental period.
18. Renter agrees to supervise equipment and enforce all safety rules.
19. Renter assumes liability for injuries/damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow rules.
20. Renter agrees to pay for damages caused by misuse, prohibited items, or negligence.
Agreement
By sending " agree" , I acknowledge that I have read and agree to follow all bouncy house safety rules and accept responsibility for use of the equipment.
