Directed by the poetess of Sinhala cinema, Sumitra Peries (In 2025, a restored 4K version).

Today was one of those days that truly reminded us why we do what we do.
We received an urgent request from Gampola families who lost almost everything were sleeping on cold floors with nothing to keep them warm.
After countless phone calls and running around, we finally found a wholesaler through Geeshan’s father, who stepped in without hesitation. Because of him, we were able to secure double-layer mattresses for just Rs. 5,400 each (normally over Rs. 9,000).
And today 100 mattresses reached the families who needed them the most.

Seeing the relief, the tears, the gratitude. it hits you differently when you know these mattresses aren’t just items they’re comfort, dignity, and a small piece of peace during chaos. A heartfelt thank you to the Sri Lankan community for all the support, donations, and the trust you continue to place in us. Every rupee you give becomes a moment of relief, a little bit of hope, and real help for real families who are struggling right now.
None of this would have happened without everyone who came together.
