We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Event Operations Assistant to help ensure every event runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to create memorable guest experiences.

-Responsibilities
Set up and reset event rooms
Arrange tables, chairs, and décor
Assist vendors with event setup
Support clients during events

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Facilities & Building Operations Lead who will take ownership of our facility and ensure it’s always guest-ready. This role goes beyond cleaning—it’s about helping maintain a professional venue where every event can succeed.

-Responsibilities
Inspect event rooms before and after events
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building
Complete minor repairs and routine maintenance
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
Conduct opening and closing building inspections
Monitor cleaning and maintenance supply inventory
Identify HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
Coordinate with outside vendors when larger repairs are needed
Maintain outdoor areas during all seasons
Ensure the building is safe, clean, and guest-ready every day

Qualifications
Previous maintenance, facilities, or janitorial experience preferred
Comfortable performing basic repairs
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be available evenings and weekends based on the event schedule
