One year ago, we had the honor of helping bring Julia & Noah’s incredible wedding weekend to life—and today, we’re excited to share a glimpse behind the scenes of what it took to create it.
What began as a welcome celebration on Friday unfolded into a four-day wedding weekend filled with family, tradition, intention, and unforgettable moments. From a rehearsal dinner attended by all guests at The Depot, to a breathtaking wedding day at Quincy Hall, to a farewell brunch on Monday morning, every detail was thoughtfully planned to honor Julia and Noah, their families, and their Jewish heritage.
While every wedding is unique, few require the level of coordination, collaboration, and attention to detail that this four-day celebration demanded. It remains one of the most intricate wedding weekends we’ve ever produced—and the wedding day itself was nothing short of extraordinary. A beautiful ceremony beneath the chuppah gave way to an energetic cocktail hour while, just beyond a curtain, an entire room transformation was taking place. By the time guests entered for dinner, the ceremony space had been reimagined into a stunning reception featuring a unique floor plan, a fully kosher dining experience, and the largest head table we’ve ever created.
But what this video doesn’t fully show is the village behind it all.
Over the course of the weekend, our planning team worked alongside both families and an extraordinary group of vendor partners to bring every element together. From lighting, draping, custom flooring, and décor installations to catering, entertainment, logistics, and production, countless hands helped create an experience that felt effortless for the guests while requiring months of planning and days of ex*****on behind the scenes.
