The Indulge & Bloom - Mall of America Store Manager Floral Lead will plan, organize, and lead a retail floral department to create quality, on-brand, seasonal and occasional arrangements using design and display strategies to drive sales.
The Manager/Floral Lead will work closely with Lead Floral Designer, owners, and others to communicate standards of excellence to employees. Responsibilities include direct management of all assigned team members, reinforcing safety and proper flower handling practices. The Manager Floral Lead will design floral arrangements to the Company Brand, pricing accurately and making sure all merchandise is stored properly and rotates based on season and store policy. Other duties include maintaining records of invoices, receiving, and waste control, and achieving department merchandising and sales goals in cooperation with owners, merchandisers and buyers.
